Simply put, the major difference is the focus:
MyRemoteConnection connects users to the Network and their PC's. GoToMyPC connects users to their PC's.
What that means to you is that, with MyRemoteConnection, each account provides access to the entire Local Area Network AND the user's PC, while the RemotePC services provide access is to your PC.
