Who qualifies for the telephone discount?

Customers are eligible for the telephone discount when:

• Their total household incomes are not more than 150% of federal poverty guidelines,

OR

• A member of the household participates in one of the following programs :
          ◦ SNAP
          ◦ Medicaid
          ◦ Supplemental Social Security (SSI)
          ◦ Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
          ◦ Federal Public Housing Assistance
          ◦ Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
          ◦ Resident of Tribal Lands
          ◦ TANF
          ◦ National School Lunch Program - Free Lunch Program
